You must refer to the cancellation policy of each tour, as we work with different partners who may offer different cancellation conditions per activity. Most tours provide a full refund before a certain cancellation date.
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a tour activity for reasons beyond our control, we will contact you immediately to inform you and offer an alternative or a full refund.
However, if we are forced to cancel a tour activity due to extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances that could compromise the safety of the participants, we will not be held responsible for any additional costs incurred by the client, such as airfare, lodging fees, etc.
