Wonderful experience. Thank you Yuhi I took a 8 day trip. Yuhi was my driver/guide. From beginning, they were very organized and offered multiple itineraries which fitted my budget and interests. And they did a great job. Yuhi was courteous, safe driver, and informative. I felt comfortable. He did a great job finding the animals for me at akagea National Park, and his effort was A+. I recommend to visit Rwanda, it is a beautiful country with beautiful people and I highly recommend this company

Wonderful Rwanda New Horizon Africa Safaris stands out as a sincere and reliable travel company in Rwanda. As a solo, female traveler, I thoroughly enjoyed my 9 day trip. Seeing gorillas up close is certainly amazing and I am impressed with the extent that Rwandans- guides, trackers and porters work towards conservation. The support from tourists goes a long way in sustaining the community effort.

I appreciate interacting with the locals and learning about their way of life. Some highlights include living in a traditional hut, watching a lively drum and dance performance by youths, plucking tea leaves with villagers and hiking to see twin lakes.

Nshuti who communicated with me via email before my arrival and Theoneste who picked me up at the airport were friendly and attentive. I paid by international bank transfer in advance and the process went smoothly. The contract is transparent in stating what is included and excluded.

Emmanuel who drove me around throughout the tour is a safe driver during "Africa massage" of rocky paths and passionate in letting visitors explore "new horizons" and see Rwanda beyond the history of genocide. He is knowledgable and thoughtful, sharing interesting insights along the way and adjusting activities when we get caught in the rain.

A fantastic 2 week trip in Rwanda and Uganda We did a 2 week tour with New Horizon around Rwanda (and a few days in Uganda to see the Gorillas). Right from the start Nshuti was helpful in fine tuning our itinerary and make sure we got in all of our highlights, at a cost that was reasonable for us. We packed on a lot and drove round a huge part of the country. From pick up on the first day it was all excellent - Yuhi was our Guide and he was so helpful, kind and taught us so much about Rwandan culture. Having his local knowledge made life a lot easier and he made sure we always got to our next destination/ activity on time. Would recommend to all, thank you for a wonderful trip.
