Professional team I was in touch with Steve for a year and with numerous changes to my schedule he was always willing to listen to my requests. Was on the verge of rescheduling due to Marburg virus . He asked me to wait till he gave the green light.
Did a five day tour from Kigali to volcano national park( gorilla and golden monkey)
Visited lake kivu and Nyuengwe.
Emma was my guide and driver . All the lodging & food for 4 nights were great.

A great adventure with New Horizon Africa Safaris Had a great adventure with New Horizon Africa Safaris. Took on the 9-day trip across Rwanda and into Uganda, visiting Nyungwe forest, Lake Kivu, Volcanoes national park, immersing ourselves in beautiful sceneries and liveliness of the region, learning about its culture and history, and, of course, having a unique gorilla trekking experience. It was all made easy for us by New Horizon Africa Safaris, which offered an exciting and diverse itinerary according to our preferences. Excellent communication from the start and very smooth planning! The company was also flexible with payment options. Almost all hotels and lodges selected for us were outstanding and we felt taken care of all the time. The only nuisance was some recurring technical issues with our car. But efforts were put to solve it and eventually it was. In the end, it barely affected our overall experience and we surely had a trip to remember. Thanks to Viateur, our driver-guide, the whole New Horizon Africa Safaris team and all the friendly people that we met on our way for welcoming us!
